What is Track.Gift?
Track.Gift is a digital card for gifts you ship. Paste the tracking number from your order and write a note, and we'll let your recipient know something's on the way, when to watch for it, and when it's arrived, without revealing which store it came from or what's inside.
What will my recipient see?
Your name, the occasion, your note, the carrier, the package's current status and city, and the estimated delivery date. They never see the store's name, what you ordered, what you paid, or the store's order details.
Will they know when to be home for it?
Yes. Unless you'd rather keep it quiet until it arrives, we email them the day before it's due and again once it's delivered. That way they can be around if it needs a signature, check the mailroom on the right day, or bring it inside before it sits on the porch.
Which carriers does it work with?
UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and most other major carriers. Paste the tracking number and we detect the carrier automatically.
When will my recipient be notified?
You choose: right away, three days before it arrives, the day before, on delivery day, once it's delivered, or on a date and time you pick. Carriers can run late, so for a custom date you also choose a backup, and whichever comes first sends the notification.
How much does it cost?
$1.99 per gift, paid once when you set it up. There's no subscription, and neither you nor your recipient needs an account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Email hello@track.gift any time before the first notification is sent and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once a notification has gone out we can still stop any that are left, but the order isn't refundable.
What's your refund policy?
If we can't track your package, or a notification you paid for doesn't send, email hello@track.gift within 30 days of your order and we'll refund you in full. Track.Gift tracks packages but doesn't ship them, so for a lost, late, or damaged package, please contact the store or carrier.
How do promo codes work?
Enter a code at checkout to take it off your total. Codes apply to one gift each, can't be combined, have no cash value, and may be limited in number or expire. Gifts made free with a code have nothing to refund.
Something's wrong with my order or charge. Who do I contact?
Email hello@track.gift and we'll reply within two business days. Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster.
